Athlete Requirements

  • Post Top Drop content at least twice per month
  • Keep your discount code or affiliate link in your social-media bio
  • Tag Top Drop in sponsored content
  • Clearly disclose the partnership using Top Drop Affiliate, #TopDropAthlete, or #ad
  • Maintain professional conduct online and at competitions
  • Promote only Top Drop-approved products and content

Research-Product & Personal-Experience Policy

Athletes may independently discuss research compounds or personal experiences, but that content must not be associated with Top Drop.

  • Independent personal-experience content must not mention, tag, link to, display, or identify Top Drop.
  • It must not include a Top Drop product, logo, discount code, affiliate link, or call to purchase.
  • Athletes may not encourage personal use of any research product.
  • Athletes may not claim or imply that a product will treat, cure, prevent, fix, or guarantee a particular result.
  • No product-use instructions, preparation guidance, administration guidance, or health-related recommendations.
  • Content mentioning Top Drop or using an affiliate link or discount code is considered affiliate content and must follow Top Drop promotional rules.
  • Top Drop may require branded content that violates these rules to be edited or removed.

Independence Statement

Participation in the Top Drop Athlete Affiliate Program does not make an athlete?s independent opinions or personal experiences statements of Top Drop. However, any content featuring Top Drop, its products, branding, tags, discount codes, or affiliate links is considered affiliate content and must follow program rules.

Program Term

  • Initial 90-day trial period
  • Either party may end participation
  • Top Drop may immediately remove an athlete for misleading claims, undisclosed advertising, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the brand

End-of-Trial Review

  • Completed sales
  • Content quality and consistency
  • Audience engagement
  • Professionalism
  • Compliance with program rules
  • Overall representation of the Top Drop brand
